Exchanges and Refunds

Any product with a genuine manufacturing fault will be replaced on a like for like basis only within 7 days of the invoice date. Any order may be cancelled with in the seven day cooling off period. We reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, and frivolous or of the customer's own making. All goods are thoroughly checked prior to posting. We regret for reasons of hygiene, our Bondage, intimate items, stockings, tights and rubber wear, lotions - potions and sex toys cannot be returned once they have been opened and will only be exchanged if they show signs of a genuine manufacturing fault within the 7 days. All items returned because they are not required will be subject to a 10% admin and handling fee and there is no refund on shipping costs, however, items for exchange, faulty goods or incorrectly supplied items will not be subject to this fee. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of the returned item. Items must be unworn or unused, we will not accept clothing that has been soiled or laundered. Videos and DVDs cannot be returned, so please be sure of your selection before ordering. Email contact@cybersextoys.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a returns number, returns will NOT be accepted without a valid returns number. Goods must be returned by Recorded Delivery and we will if a genuine reason refund your postage. Returned items must reach us within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any disputes are under the jurisdiction of UK law and courts.

Delivery
