DISCREET BILLING AND PACKAGING

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our delivery service is 100% discreet. All orders are shipped in plain packaging. The name Cyber Sex Products will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging. No reference to the items contained in the parcel will be found on any of our outer packaging.

SAME DAY DESPATCH

All orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 3pm will be shipped that day guaranteed. If your order is placed after 3pm or on a weekend it will be shipped the next working day.

MAINLAND UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

For deliveries to the Mainland UK we use a combination of Royal Mail or Courier services. All our shipments require a signature on delivery. Any order can be upgraded to Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery or Guaranteed Saturday Delivery. Standard Recorded delivery orders cost £2.90 per order but are free over £35.00. Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery orders cost £5.90 per order but are free over £69.99. Guaranteed Saturday delivery orders cost £9.90 per order but are free over £129.99.

EUROPEAN ORDERS - £3.99 per item

Each item sent to any EU country will be charged at £3.99 (per item). European orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (for postage purposes) are treated the same as EU orders.

USA & WORLDWIDE ORDERS - £4.99 per item

Each item sent to anywhere outside the EU will be charged at £4.99 (per item). USA and Worldwide orders usually arrive within 10 to 15 working days.
